Attention: Daniel Cormier

I'm writing regarding a recent incident involving the City of Winnipeg. On March 2nd, after filling up the tires on my bicycle, I rode downtown to run a few errands and locked it to a public bike rack on Graham Avenue around 6:00 p.m. A small sign warned that the rack would be cleared for street sweeping, but it was bent toward the wall and only too easy to miss. When I returned an hour later, my bike was gone.
