I rarely write to a company to praise its staff. But something happened at your Birch Avenue pharmacy this past Monday, and it has stayed with me all week. I felt you ought to hear of it. My family and I moved to Vernon over the winter. We left a small town outside Kamloops, where the same pharmacist had filled our prescriptions for years.
