Hi Carmen,

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write back. It has been a hectic few weeks for all of us. Just when we thought life would finally settle down, Isabel broke the news that she has accepted a position with an architecture firm in Saskatoon, and she leaves at the end of the month! She will be joining a studio that specializes in designing energy-efficient homes for cold climates, houses built to stay warm through the winter while drawing very little power. It is a wonderful first step in her career, not to mention the chance to build a life of her own far from here. Needless to say, she is over the moon, and she has been sketching floor plans and packing boxes all week, while David keeps offering advice she doesn't always want to hear.
